It is fantastic cream cheese, the same as I get in Germany called "German Quark". I use it all the time in my cheesecakes and am very pleased with it.

Kilbeg Dairy, located near Kells Co. Meath, is an artisan dairy where Kieran & Jane Cassidy develop & produce award winning dairy products.

Starting out with a family cheesecake recipe and a desire to produce high-quality milk products, the "Kilbeg Dairy Delights" range now includes Quark Cheese, Mascarpone Cheese, Cream Cheese, Crème Fraiche, Natural Probiotic Yoghurt, Greek Yoghurt, Moodie Smoothies and Muesli Breakfast Yoghurts.

Now in our fifth year we have won Great Taste Award Gold 2007 & 2008, Bridgestone Best in Ireland 2007, '08 and '09 and are entered in this year's Euro-torque Ireland competition.

We have recently been awarded two gold stars for our crème fraiche and one gold star for our Greek style yoghurt in the 2010 Great Taste Awards.

Our products have been recommended by John and Sally McKenna and we are in the 2010 Best in Ireland Bridgestone Food Guide.
