Product Description

Our R&D has resulted in a wonderfully light, creamy textured cheesecake.

It all starts with the high-quality milk, which we turn into a pro-biotic, quark soft cheese with an exceptionally smooth texture.

Our cheesecakes are not baked, but chilled, which contributes to their fresh, light finish.

We use a digestive biscuit base rather than a pastry base and there is nothing else like it on the market!

Sizes and Flavours Available

Our cheesecakes are supplied in 1550g, frozen and sliced to the food service only.

Frozen cheesecakes are stored at -18°C and this gives them a 9 month shelf life.

Flavours available include lemon, strawberry and Irish Cream Liqueur.
